My Experience includes, working in sales, new construction & resale, marketing, customer service, kitchen design, renovations, understanding and reading blue prints/working drawings, building process and timelines. Owning a Construction & Renovation business earlier in my career, as well as working on a full renovation of my own century old home, provided me with hands on experience, a benefit in dealing with properties today. I worked directly with one of the Kitchener-Waterloo’s Largest New Home Builders. During my time with the builder I developed an extensive knowledge of the newest building practices & solutions. I completed various courses on Building Practices, Energy Efficiency & LEED Home building programs, understanding their applications & benefits, for new home construction as well as for retro fits. I continue to attend courses, seminars and workshops. Supporting our community with Social events is important to me, no matter how big or small.
