I became a Project Manager at Accenture in 2003. Since then, I have decisively been transferring the value of attention to customer needs, quality, time, cost, information sharing, helping and uplifting culture. I have managed several teams for various companies in the field of Systems Implementation, Process Transformation and Business Code Development. Moreover, as a Senior Project Manager at Budapest Bank, I was involved in the implementation of the new Project Management Methodology and was responsible for major banking projects, eg. branch opening, GIRO transfer, Mortgage System, while supporting Junior Project Managers. The projects received numerous company-level awards. In retrospect, each project was different from the other. The success of the projects was due to excellent professionals, the company’s Project Methodology and a strong emphasis on the stakeholder on my part, i.e. motivation, the maintenance of an effective working atmosphere and the protection of project boundaries. As a result, I put personal development at the center of my activities and became a Trainer-Coach-Consultant in 2013. Since then, I have been conducting training in Project Management Methodology and soft skill training, workshops, team, and individual coaching sessions, and have also working as a Project Consultant and a Project Manager’s Mentor. With the love of my profession, my commitment, and the professional training I have attended so far, now I provide effective, practical, and engaging training and coaching. I look forward to meeting all of those interested!
