Evaas - Eu Validators Association For Aviation Security

EVAAS is the official association for EU Aviation Security Validators. EU Aviation Security Validators are accredited by Member States’ aviation security regulatory authorities, to examine the security programme and to validate the implementation of aviation security measures of air carriers and other business entities involved in their cargo supply chain. EVAAS works collaboratively with Member States, the European Commission, Industry and other stakeholder entities and, with its members, aims to: Promote professionalism, consistency, effectiveness and, above all, quality in the area of air cargo security validations; Assist in identifying any shortcomings in the present air cargo security regulations and areas where loopholes and security risks exist; and Seek to apply lessons learned, and promote best practice where appropriate.
