SAFETY BURN-OUT A lot of safety professionals in the government are overworked, have too many files to cover, work in complex structures of meetings and organisations and know difficult and slow decision-making. Many times they are frustrated and undermined by political forces. EVENT SAFETY ACADEMY Event Safety Academy helps local governments and safety organisations to professionalise event safety and accelerate joint results. We help to achieve more comfort, less meetings and higher joint results. Our objective is to empower safety networks and positioning the professionals. OUR VISION We believe that in a world of tough politics, reorganisations, social unrest, slow decision-making, fear and survival by directors, it is possible to increase the social meaning of governments in safety issues. We believe by empowering the role, personal efficiency, knowledge and information position of the professionals, there will be more powerful actors in the safety network. When safety network knows who is responsible, powerful, strong network will appear with efficient cooperation structures. These networks can deal with complex cases on a simple, practical and effective way.
