Emergency planning has often been misunderstood in the event management industry as a function that can simply be accomplished by themselves or traditional security companies. The reality is that emergency planning is a specialty that should be facilitated by subject matter experts that have both the qualifications and experience. Our principals and senior consultant are certified emergency mangers or incident management team members that have significant experience developing emergency plans and procures for special events and venues. In addition, all of our principals and senior consultants have served as incident or event commanders and have actual experience implementing plans and procedures in real world emergencies and disasters.
