Integrative Humanistic Therapy specialising in working with survivors of domestic abuse, childhood trauma, addiction and ACEs, narcissistic wounding and care experienced adults. I also have extensive experience of working with clients who are neurodivergent. I use a toolkit of person centred, transpersonal, Gestalt, attachment and DBT skills to work with the presenting issues. I work in the trauma, with a deep level of emotional attunement, supporting the processing that then enables you to move forward, finding the map and your inner compass to move forward into a life you deserve.
