Our services Concept We offer free consultation to develop the concept, theme and styling for you event as well as discussing your objectives and budget. Planning Our team will make a site visit in order to create a floor plan, or 3D Set and Stage design and a decoration plan to help you envision your event. Together we present you with AV equipment and staffing solutions that match the specifics of your event. Production The Eventpro team tests, packs and delivers all audiovisual and staging equipment. We work together on scheduling and rehearsals and take care of all last minute adjustments. Our onsite Technical Director and our team members will operate audio, video, and lighting equipment to ensure that your event is a success. Consultancy Our passion and expertise for what we do enable us to offer expert advice, technical guidance and support for your event worldwide. AV Hire & Support Lighting, Video and Projection Mapping, Audio and Back-Line, Staging and Sets, Props and Furniture, Translations Booths, Teleconferencing, Show Effects and Rigging Services all provided in-house from our warehouse in Limassol.
