Events In Towns

Events in Towns is a powerful online 'What's On' guide and local advertising platform, aimed at helping communities thrive by increasing custom for their events and services. The EventsIT service is designed for events organisers, small businesses, community organisations and charities to build a simple Account which contains details of their Services and Events, which are then published on the Events in Towns website and proactively promoted across a range of Social Media channels and eventually in some paper formats, if appropriate. The concept for Events in Towns comes from two things: a desire to help UK towns improve profile, accessibility and success through greater attendance at events and more visitors from home and abroad; and, to provide a solution to the problem of missing great events through lack of time and information. The lack of comprehensive 'what's on' listings in UK towns covering the full range of activities taking place, can be resolved with Events in Towns's one-stop portal. For a low annual fee of £35 or less, it is possible for Event Organisers and Service Providers to publish a powerful message and details of all their events. Visitor numbers to the website are growing naturally as the numbers of events and Accounts increase. This growth will accelerate when strategic sponsored advertising of Events in Towns begins later in 2014. It is our mission to have permanently low-cost services, state-of-the-art technology and excellent customer service. In addition, we will continue to pro-actively develop the Services we provide, free of any further charge to existing Account Holders. There are a variety of new developments already in the pipeline for this year. Services will continue to focus on the South East Region at present, though roll-out to all UK Regions is planned when resources permit.
