We have 5+ years of experience in uniform manufacturing. In the first two years, we faced a lot of problems in manufacturing uniforms since we have to face people from LKG (school) to 70+ age persons (corporate). The process includes taking measurements to cut, stitching, checking, packing, and delivery. Just think it, how the custom-fit factory can manufacture sizes within 4 months (School orders are placed between February to May). We completely failed (Even Mafatlal couldn't succeed in this) in this process but we never gave up. We worked on this issue for 2 years and found one solution with the help of Mr.Dharmaraj ( He has 40+ years of experience in Custom tailoring ). We created a standard operating procedure that guides our staff to process 2 Lakh+ sizes and to manufacture it within 4 months. We are 100% confident that no uniform brand in the world has SOP to handle 2 lakh+ sizes, they will have only 10 to 15 readymade sizes. This is one of the main reasons for not having big brands in the uniform sector. Uniforms are the ones that are worn for longer days than compared to other attire we wear. But we give less preference to it. We in EvenVibe provide an anti-microbial fabric that has more durability and is also odor-free. Since we wear uniforms for at least 1 year we need this like of property to have a pleasant feel for the entire year.
