Evergreen Chalet is an Assisted Living facility, also known as Board and Care. It is nestled high on a hillside in one of Vista’s most desirable areas, amid great estates, rolling hills, avocado orchards and citrus groves. At almost 6,500 sq.ft. this chalet-type house radiates elegance and warmth and the real atmosphere of home. Residents enjoy the wrap-around deck, landscaped walkways, the tranquil koi pond and the large citrus grove on our 2.7-acre estate.
