Evergreen Transaction Assistance

We provide virtual transaction assistance for realtors alleviating much of the backend paperwork and coordinating. Our services cover support on the buyers side from contract to close and on the listing side, from listing to contract. We started Evergreen TA in 2019 in order to provide a simple solution for realtors who are needing additional assistance but aren't looking to hire an hourly employee. Given the up & down nature of the real estate market, we saw a need for providing services on a per-transaction basis. We love working with clients who are tech-savvy & embrace virtual assistance. We're grateful for the opportunity to help our clients find more time for the things they value while also scaling their business. Our goal is to help alleviate the tedious, detail-work for the agents we work with. We love what we do!
