Everhomes is a family-owned organisation with a mission to facilitate new homes for people with disability and to support them through providing Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and property management services. We very much understand the long-term positive impacts that appropriate housing can have on the lives of participants. Meeting the needs of people with disability through suitable accommodation acts as a determinant of future prosperity, leading to: • Improvements in the capacity for participants to be more independent. • Reduction in dysfunctional behaviours and the need for behaviour management techniques. • An overall improvement in quality of life through increased autonomy, improved safety, and stability, and by matching the needs of participants with their accommodation solutions. The Everhomes team brings a unique, diverse mix of skills and abilities that differentiates us from our competitors. A dominant component of the Everhomes team has worked with and influenced positive changes for people with disability over several years, on both an individual and systemic level.
