EverRec Systems specializes in the strategic design and tactical implementation of organization and management processes, enterprise software systems, education & training programs, software development projects, and marketplace research studies. EverRec Systems provides consultancy services to organizations across industry boarders. The managing partner, Dr. Kevin Evers, has more than 20 years of experience leading business, healthcare, technology, and research initiatives. In addition to theoretical training, Dr. Evers is a practitioner of information technology (IT) management. With more than a fifteen of experience managing business and IT projects, Dr. Evers provides strategic direction for organizations needing to align their business and technology initiatives to meet organizational goals, industry requirements, and regulatory mandates. Dr. Evers holds a BS degree in Healthcare Management from Southern Illinois University, an MBA from National University and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a Specialization in IT Management from Capella University. Dr. Evers’ research is focused on developing evidence-based practical frameworks that enhance business-IT alignment and competitive advantage within the healthcare marketplace. Dr. Evers is the assistant program chair for the Masters of Science in Project Management (MSPM) program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds the rank of assistant professor.
