Using Ego State Therapy, I delve into the psychological dimension of trauma, which involves revisiting and nurturing the inner child-the repository of childhood memories and emotions. By reconnecting with the inner child, individuals gain insights into the origins of their patters and fears, fostering self-compassion and understanding. Through the use of somatic therapies, like EMDR and the Trauma Release Exercise (TRE), I work with clients as they incorporate their bodies for a more integrated exploration of emotions, paving the way for comprehensive healing.
