Practical Meditation was founded by Gillian Higgins, an international barrister at the Chambers of 9 Bedford Row and meditation teacher. Gillian is also a civil and commercial mediator and has been using mindfulness in the workplace for several years. She is passionate about sharing its benefits and leads mindfulness programmes for individuals, institutions and businesses. She is currently writing her first book:"The Simple Guide to Mindfulness".
