ABOUT US: Everything Property Maintenance is a lawn care and handyman company that performs any service from hooking up a TV to remodeling a kitchen. We pride ourselves in having excellent customer service and stellar communication skills. Our previous CEO, Dick Polipnick, was a semi-finalist for the National Federation of Independent Business's annual Young Entrepreneur Award in 2015. Everything Property Maintenance is owned and operated by Phil Polipnick, lawn care extraordinaire! Phil and his team of lawn care sculptors will make hour property rival not only your neighbor's lawn, but the White House's too! HISTORY: Everything Property Maintenance was started in 2011 by founder Dick Polipnick under the name of Richard's Handyman Service. He was only 14 years old when he started and had only a small red trailer, a push mower, and a single gas can. That same year he launched his first marketing campaign, going door to door handing out homemade flyers and business cards. He believed that face to face communication was the best way to connect with people. Here at Everything Property Maintenance, we continue that tradition by going door to door every spring. We grew a reputation as a dependable company that always puts the needs of the customer first. In 2012 the company expanded to also include the sales of outdoor home products, and we are now a dealer for Scotts lawn care products. By 2013 the small town-business had gained a good reputation, become a local brand name, and grew enough that its first employees were hired. In 2014 Richard's Handyman Service merged with Duane's Mowing, another local lawn care provider. In the 2014 winter, the company name was changed to Everything Property Maintenance to better portray its large list of services. In 2015 the company's growth was focused on more of the technology side, and new programs like Online Bill Pay and eBilling were added to the company website. We continue to grow in the surrounding areas.
