Each new clients is assigned their own Personal Trainer who provides them with personalised workout programmes (home or gym) that are updated every six weeks, access to trainer support 24/7, a fitness app that tracks everything from workouts to steps to calories, macro targets if relevant, 100's of meal recipes and more. We know that having a personal trainer support you in your journey makes a real difference and believe having access to correct fitness information and professional support should be affordable for everyone.
