EVIA Homes & Management was started with the idea that we would help people in distress, such as possible foreclosure. We would help that person either stay in thier home by offering them a chance for us to help manage their payments, bring their mortgage current, purchase the property from them before it goes to auction, etc. We also help renters that are looking to buy a home that can't get a mortgage because their credit is no good. We will put them in the home that they would eventually purchase in the future while their credit gets repaired or increases with our help.
