At Evolution Fitness we do 2 things really well: we make fitness fun and nutrition simple! We are Milwaukee’s only Obstacle Course inspired gym filled with cargo nets, monkey bars, barbells, kettlebells, and more! That also means we don’t use machines, we create them! Life is tough; we will prepare you to overcome any and all obstacles. Our programs help people change their lives by addressing both the physical and mental aspects of health and fitness. Workouts are fun, rewarding, and proven to produce results while our gym community is energizing, challenging, and supportive. The real key to getting results is good nutrition. Unfortunately nutrition is a subject most of us struggle with. At EF we make nutrition simple by using Precision Nutrition’s proven, science-based formula to mentor our members creating lasting changes in their lives.
