Evolution was founded by Michelle Butler and Andrew Rowcroft, both Allied Health professionals with a combined professional experience of over 35 years. This experience spans a broad range of industries, and they've worked across Australia and overseas. In forming Evolution, Michelle and Andrew see an opportunity to deliver independent, high quality solutions that meet the uniqueneeds of their customers and clients. Evolution are an accredited Workplace Rehabilitation Provider with Workcover WA and our services are delivered in line with the Workcover WA Service Provision and Service Standards for Approved Workplace Rehabilitation Providers. Evolution are active members of our industry body, the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA).
