Evolve Building Control is a Corporate Approved Inspector licensed and regulated through the Construction Industry Council, offering a genuine alternative to local authority building control. At Evolve we aim to provide a client focused service, providing support and guiding our clients through the complexities of the Building Regulations and allied legislation. Due to the ever increasing pressures in construction and ever tighter timescales, we recognise the need for being proactive, becoming part of the design team and providing advice at the earliest possible stage to help to avoid delays. For these reasons we are always happy to be part of the design team, providing pre-application advice regarding critical designs such as structure, fire safety and thermal performance.
