Evolving Minds Wellness is a collective of compassionate, supportive, professional counsellors and other health practitioners committed to helping people who are struggling with various aspects of life. We support those who have trouble coping with life's challenges as well as overcoming negative thoughts and destructive patterns of behaviours. We help people who find changes difficult to make and maintain over time. We believe in each person's right to aspire to a better way of living. We believe in helping one another through authentic connection, and that growth and healing can happen on every level of human experience; mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. All these components are important to consider in creating and maintaining change, which is why all members of our team adhere to an integrated approach to treatment and overall wellness.
