Ewh Aalborg

EWH Aalborg is an organisation which supports engineering students in performing humanitarian volunteer work, by participating in Engineering World Health's summer institutes. The work at the summer institutes mainly consists of repairing hospital equipment and education healthcare personnel in the use and maintainment of the equipment. Every year we send one or more students to the summer institutes, the summer of 2023 the destinations are Guatemala and Uganda. The work our students do are of great importance for the hospitals, since a lot of the available equipment is nonfunctional or the healthcare personnel are not trained in using it.
