Ewing Young Distillery is a historic, farm-based distillery that creates award-winning spirits. It is named for Oregon's First Distiller, Ewing Young, who is buried on the distillery property. Ewing Young Farm is also the home to two Kentucky Derby-winning champions, Grindstone (1996) and Giacomo (2005).
