Ex Xo

ex|XO is a global network of Crossover alumni connecting to advance one another's careers and personal enjoyment of being a leader in remote-first work. We serve as sounding boards for one another and a source of remote-first job leads that ex|XOers may love themselves or may know someone who will. Through the exchange of ideas, recommendations, and leads on our Slack group, we enjoy being connected to one another and celebrating the ways in which various alums are succeeding post Crossover in part based on our unique, shared experience of working in with XO. Anyone who worked for Crossover, ESW Capital, Trilogy, DevFactory, Ignite, Aurea, Think3, or any of the other many brands of the ESW Capital ecosystem are welcomed, including those who may still do some part-time work for XO as part of your personal client portfolio. Founded in 2021 by former decade+ Trilogy veteran Davin Cushman, Crossover alum Anca-Maria Ghisa, and a collection of engaged alums who we call "Ambassadors", ex|XO is sponsored by Davin's company Brightrose. Though we maintain a friendly relationship with Trilogy and ESW Capital, ex|XO is a separate, independent group with no formal connection to ESW Capital.
