Exaq Logistic is a Digital Startup company in express delivery and logistic sector. We digitize end-to-end delivery process to make it more efficient. The impact not only make the operational cost lower, but also providing new services that is not provided yet by the incumbent players. The new services such as reverse logistic, electronic stamp, scalable Cash On Delivery, Open Delivery, etc, are mostly required by E-Commerce seller and shoppers. We aim to continue developing delivery automation process to be able to process million shipments daily. This capability is important to serve the Indonesia e-commerce transaction. Exaq develop digital technologies that give better customer experience, make it exact or accurate delivery date commitment, pricing, and also easier to control the package in the delivery process. Customers are able to do all those activities through Exaq mobile apps and website.
