Whether you are a highly motivated athlete keeping a training log and tracking biomarkers, a reluctant exerciser totally dependent on an appointment for accountability, or someone somewhere in between, your goal should be to find the minimum effective dose to get you from where you are to where you want to be. Why spend any more time, money, or energy than required? As you finely tune your Effort and Consistency, you’ll begin to realize and feel the results begin to amplify. The results of finding this sweet spot are less like addition and more like compounding interest. My job is to help you identify and implement strategies that fit you, your situation, and your goals. The key is to begin with the end in mind. And while we do not have to iron out all the details, it is imperative we take an honest inventory of where we are now. So we’ll start with a chat and round things out with a movement assessment. We’ll figure out how to get the most bang for your buck and reassess regularly to make sure we’re covering the right ground.
