We then come into the picture to align & meet their respective expectations of each other. We owe our success to having listened respectfully & with utmost attention to every need of client/candidate. Our Story Every business has a beginning, and so has ours. Before founding Exceed, I started my career as a Software Test Lead at esteemed banks like CIBC & RBC. The opportunity to understand the technical intricacies of the business at this organizations helped me immensely. However, the technical recruiter that placed me had no or very little technical background. It was then together with my spouse(an MBA in HR) that I realized the recruitment process needs to be streamlined alongside appropriate technical understanding of the industry to better serve the client. This was the passion that us led to the creation of Exceed.
