Excel Packaging is a specialist manufacturer/converter of custom made foam packaging, Thermally insulating boxes & transit containers, Expanded polystyrene foam, Ply/Batten wooden crates, Short-run corrugated 'regular' or 'diecut' cartons, Bespoke Pallets, Collars and Tray/Cap and Sleeves. Our manufacturing processes include hot-wire cutting, band knifing, and profiling, contouring, die cutting, slitting, boring, routing and laminating. We specialise in technical foams including expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, polyethylene foams, Stratocell polyethylene foam, Plastazote foam, polyurethane, polyether, polypropylene and fire retardant polystyrene. We produce foam products for a range of industries and market sectors including; packaging distribution, pharmaceutical, cold-chain, film and theatre, engineering, automotive, pneumatic and the MOD.
