Excellence Calling

At Excellence Calling we focus on improving the performance of sales and customer service teams through a strong focus on multilingual sales pitch analysis, performance coaching and training. We work with sales teams in their own language, to ensure that training is more effective than your standard run-of-the-mill English fits-all-approach. Typically, we provide initial training in English to sales/customer service teams working in different languages/cultures. After the initial training, we coach each team in its working language (French, Italian etc.) to ensure that key learnings are translated properly into their mother tongue, the person is comfortable using the new technique on the phone/face-to-face and that they are doing so in practice.
