On Canada Day, we proudly launched EPIC- the Excellence in Productivity, Innovation, and Competitiveness Framework. Appropriate for all organizations, but geared towards Canada’s small and medium sized enterprises, it is a purpose-built management framework that helps organizations achieve sustained excellence through structured planning, customer & market engagement, and technological innovation.
