Our firm is now 14 years old and our investments team has decades of experience in principal investments. We are highly experienced in Real Estate finance. We invest & advise, we structure & source the optimal finance package for acquisitions, developments and refinancings, across the capital stack. We are a boutique where relationships matter. We add value for our clients and partners, and we become an extension of their team from start to finish. Our team has formed strong relationships with more than 100 lenders of different types; high street banks, insurance companies, debt funds and specialist lenders. Our ADVISORY track record: Our the team successfully advised on c. £400m worth of Real Estate debt financings over the past 24 months alone, with loan balances ranging from £1m to £70m per transaction. Our INVESTMENTS track record: Our group has also grown its principal investments arm. In 2013 we established our first discretionary investment fund and have since made more than 60 investments as principal, with equity positions ranging from £1m to £15m per investment.
