At Exciting Solutions, we have over 20 years experience designing and building large-scale multi-platform systems for blue chip companies. We have performed roles right across the development cycle from gathering requirements through designing, building and testing systems to implementation and subsequent production support. We also have extensive data modelling experience and have worked on performance improvement, Data Warehousing and ETL System Migration projects. We are fascinated by how people think and the most effective ways of communicating with people. Richard qualified as both a Master Practitioner and Business Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) over 10 years ago. This enables him to elicit information elegantly and to accurately assess the relative priorities people place on potentially conflicting requirements.
