Executive Couching is the brainchild of Cliff Matthews, a behavioural therapist and executive coach with industry experience spanning 30 years. Along with a Masters in Management (Wits Business School), his consulting work with many of South Africa’s largest and established corporates – including Shell, Pick n Pay, Sasol, Transnet and Standard Bank to name some – has given him unique insight into the challenges of blending personal and career development, authentic leadership, managerial skills development, team performance and cohesion. As an expert in the field of emotional ownership, Cliff can not only unlock your skills and ambition to succeed as an individual, but can take teams, departments and organisations to new levels of performance. Using Transactional Analysis (or TA as it’s often called), as one model of behaviour for analysing people and their relationships to one another, Cliff is able to pinpoint individual and team strengths and weaknesses to bring greater awareness to how these relationships are road blocking success, or are in need of further development.
