EECT is a Social Enterprise, a centre for career development and professional enhancement through tailor-made training, talks, and webinars; both organized as free courses, training and consultancy services. We help young women and men improve their business management skills, coach and mentor individuals on personal and professional development and help those who want to secure scholarship and fellowship opportunities, get the opportunities by training and coaching in application processes. We are project management experts, ready to help you with project ideas, implementation and monitoring. We believe that all people have all possibilities to improve their skills, knowledge, and attitude and our stepping in is a plus to the whole process of helping people realize who they are and what more they are capable of doing. We help individuals and institutions improve their projects and programs and have good systems for running their different governance structures.
