We develop common goals for each female executive that link directly to the organization’s objectives. Our results are always focused on business impact. Regular reporting keeps stakeholders abreast of progress and a summary at the end of each engagement defines next steps and opportunities for the leader and the business- Coaching Through years of coaching female leaders, we know the distinct challenges women face in the top tiers of business. This two day retreat focuses on developing the Five Pillars of Professional Development & Success, introduces real situations and case studies, and creates on-going accountability through a designated Accountability Partner and follow up coaching.
