She achieved academically as a Doctorate candidate in Business from UK University. Throughout her career she developed skills to lead and manage training programs by designing curriculum by carefully blending courses. Her focus on the curriculum is only one thing; Myanmar youths and professionals must be competence on international levels; well-versed in their professional career paths. During her time in private university in Myanmar,she took care of all the activities in developing quality programs for bachelor and master students.
