Executive Placement Solutions is an executive search firm that recruits candidates for law firms of every size and specialty, corporations’ general counsel offices and other companies in the legal support industry. And, unlike most recruiting outfits, we also represent a small, special group of extraordinary candidates, helping them find just the right spot. We focus our work in the major legal markets of Chicago, New York, and Washington, DC. Beyond that, we have deep experience serving law firms headquartered elsewhere that are strategically growing their Midwest offices. While most of our candidates are resident in the three main markets we serve, on occasion we have helped relocating professionals enter Colorado, Florida, and other jurisdictions or transfer from Kentucky, Wisconsin, or even cross-border.
