As founder of Exemplary Communications, I help nuclear organizations raise performance through clear strategy, leader presence, and workforce alignment. I’m the only communications professional ever to receive the World Association of Nuclear Operators’ Nuclear Excellence Award, with a record of plant performance recoveries and culture change. I’ve worked at plants, in corporate nuclear HQs, and across INPO/NEI/WANO circles. Strengths: nuclear communications strategy, executive communications, employee engagement, media relations, community trust, and crisis readiness—grounded in technical training from MIT, Westinghouse, and General Physics. I’m thrilled to add Michael Sexton as our Director of Creative Services—the industry’s premier nuclear videographer/photographer. Together we deliver end-to-end storytelling—from strategy and coaching to on-site production that connects with crews and communities.
