ExempServ is a professional services organisation that provides value-added Financial reporting, Compliance & allied services to the Boards, Trustees & Senior Leadership of Social sector organisations with the objective of making them more impactful towards their stated objectives and endeavour. Incubated by Foundation for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (FISE), an initiative of TATA Trust since July 2015 under the leadership of Shanthi Lakshmanan, ExempServ endeavours to achieve its vision by leveraging the combined experience of over 50 years of its founders in the Financial, IT and Shared Services industry. Operating in a shared services environment, ExempServ shares resources and best practices to optimise the cost of delivery to its clients. Among its list of clients are organisations working in the areas of Education, Women Empowerment, Research, Health and Livelihood and operating in urban and semi-rural areas.
