Exeum Foundation

Exeum is a decentralized financial platform for issuing stablecoins. Stablecoins issued by the system are fully backed by virtual assets in the platform's derivatives exchange, eliminating the need for automatic liquidation. The platform enables 1:1 value conversion between the base token and issued stablecoins, removing the mismatch between supply and demand. The main mechanism for maintaining the peg is directly rewarding traders via adjusting the swap rate of virtual assets. In addition, a unique design to remove the need for stability fees on stablecoins is proposed to use them as a store of value. Compared to recently proposed stablecoin projects based on the quantity theory of money, Exeum is free from the dilemma between price stability and accurate measurement.
