Who is Exhibits Engage? Exhibits Engage is me! I developed and managed exhibits at the Smithsonian for 18 years, with a focus on science, natural history, and living collections. During my last six years with the Institution, I was the exhibit developer, writer, and editor for the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute. What is Exhibits Engage? Exhibits Engage is my company! I create interpretive content for museums, zoos, aquariums, and botanical gardens. I write and edit exhibit text. I develop and deliver meaningful experiences, both on site and online. What is Zoo by Zoom? Zoo by Zoom is educational fun! During the pandemic I led tailored individual and small-group animal sessions online. It started as a way to occupy my friends' children while everyone was at home, and grew from there. Now I offer sessions for homeschoolers, scout troops, birthday parties, and other groups interested in learning all about animals.
