EXHIIT was founded in 2014 by Dovev Segal and Koby Har-Paz. The aim of EXHIIT is to take groups and personal trainings to the next level. EXHIIT created a functional training method. It is short but intense enough to get trainees to a totally new level in terms of the workout results. Following months of experimenting on hundreds trainees, and fine tuning the method, the EXHIIT workout routine was launched. EXHIIT delivers workouts through the company website containing full interactive and professional workouts with professional videos and music that combine perfectly to increase the High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT exercise sessions generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery or even a low intensity exercise up to complete rest periods, then a cool down period. The high-intensity exercise should be done at near maximum intensity. The medium exercise should be about 50% intensity up to complete rest. The length of each exercise depends on the exercise, but may be as little as just 20 seconds of intense exercise and can get up to 2 minutes of intense exercise. The entire HIIT session may somewhere around thirty minutes, meaning that it is considered to be an excellent way to maximize a workout when you are limited on time. Research has shown that HIIT regimens successfully produced significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole-body. The method can produce the same results as an ordinary full hour aerobic workouts, in just half of the time.
