I support development of companies within 3 main areas- Marketing and sales - Organisation and co-workers - Processes and effectivness to create long-term growht and increased profitability. I use a metod that starts with an analysis containing differnet tools to get an objective picture of where the company is positioned. Normally the analysis starts with the tool that tells what the customers think is most importent, how well that is fullfilled and how it could be improved. The analysis will be followed by planning, carrying throgh and an evaluation.
