Here’s what our turnkey process looks like: Meet — We spend one-on-one time with you to ensure we catch your unique vision. Behind every project is a person, so we want to know you and hear the heart behind your dream. Design — We produce detailed drawings, photographs, and a spec book that lists all materials to be used in your project. Like a Polaroid photo coming into focus, this stage allows you to see your vision as it will come to life. Estimate — We create a detailed scope of work and propose a budget that works for you. Our design team is skilled at finding creative solutions to ensure you’re making a lasting investment in your home. Build — We provide on-site direction with subcontractors and clients and oversee all aspects of production, including building and maintaining schedules, ordering materials, and managing vendor and subcontractor relationships.
