Exodus Ventures is a boutique investment advisory business, assisting Angels to invest in early-stage Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) compliant businesses, as well as supporting Entrepreneurs with capital raising and exits. The business has four primary areas of activity Business Due Diligence and Commercial Review: A bespoke service to Angel investors who are contemplating an early phase investment. Exodus will provide independent commercial analysis and DD on the potential investee company. Further providing negotiation, structuring and project management to completion Digital Media M&A Advisor: Exodus acts in both capital raising and complete commercial exits for businesses within the general area of digital media. Exodus will manage the entire process, from designing and drafting marketing collateral, identifying appropriate investors or acquirers, assisting in structuring and negotiating through to completion. The team have been instrumental in the capital raising of Quill Content and Big Data Partnership, and are lead adviser to Blueburra ltd (TA Bingoport.co.uk) through their proposed exit Providing Board Observer and Non-Executive Services: The team at Exodus has extensive experience of supporting early-phase businesses, either directly in a Non-Executive capacity or in representing an investor or investor syndicate as a nominated Board Observer. The team at Exodus currently act as Board Observer or Director at Quill Content, Big Data Partnership, City Hawk, Take Out Brands, Revive a Phone, Billy & Margot Angel Tech Investors: Combining these skills, Exodus are launching the Angel Tech Investors (ATI) club with Tom Kozlowski, Gerry Buggy and Andrew Mendoza to invest in post revenue technology businesses. Members will be offered a curated pipeline of deals, due diligence, valuation, term sheet negotiation, legal support and ongoing portfolio management, with no commitment to invest. ATI expect to close their first investment in October 2014
