At Expand Your Library, we are committed to activating allyship and interrupting cultural stereotypes in the education sector, with specific focus on the early years learning sector, through immersive performances for children, educator workshops, community and cultural engagement consulting and books and resources. We provide children with life skills to help them navigate their ever-changing and diverse world. We work alongside educators to continue to build upon the important work they are doing, providing a safe and culturally inclusive learning environment, assisting with language, tools, and resources to enhance teaching practices to support all students effectively. As part of our work, we also offer consulting services through Expand Your Mind Consulting. This branch collaborates with organisations to create culturally inclusive storytelling projects, provides cultural and community engagement services, and offers workshops and consulting on DEI & B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives. Our goal is to normalise conversations about diversity and develop systems and projects that embed these values naturally and appropriately
