Expectations UK Ltd is a charitable company providing accommodation with care, support and supervision to homeless people in Birmingham. We provide accommodation to 412 single people in accommodation clusters in the Edgbaston, Erdington, Yardley and Aston areas of Birmingham (193, 62, 59 and 98 respectively). Many of our tenants have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and chaotic lifestyles, often with associated physical health problems. Some are on probation or similar Orders. Expectations UK has achieved the status of Registered Social Landlord (RSL no: 4774). The purpose of the company is to manage the accommodation services we provide; to ensure tenants are able to manage and maintain their tenancies and to access support to address their wider holistic needs.
