Expeditions Ducret is an expedition cruise line, travel agency and local DMC based in Congo Basin. Our singularity is to go where no one goes. We are pioneers in our destinations, opening new routes in the wildest regions of the world. Our small group expeditions take place aboard our comfortable 16-cabin expedition ship or by road. Local communities are at the heart of our concerns to ensure that the fragile balance between tourism and preservation is maintained. Our first destination opened in 2023 with the launch of our expedition cruise line in the heart of the Congo Basin forest, one of the most mysterious and least known forests in the world, with extraordinary flora and fauna. Our expertise ranges from river cruises to tailor-made road and river tours, using mobile camps, for groups or individuals in the most remote locations of Central Africa (Republic of Congo, Gabon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic). We design trips for clients interested in the mid-range and high-end segments. We have a specialty in primates: being the only ones in the world to organize the tracking of Bonobos in comfortable conditions. Our motto is Explore, Experiment & Preserve!
