Experience Therapy Group offers outpatient psychotherapy to help people find relief, renew connections, and recover excitement and engagement in their lives. As a small group practice in East Nashville, TN, we offer a welcoming space with excellent clinicians to support women, men, LGBTQ+ folks, artists/musicians, teens, couples, and more. At Experience Therapy Group, we specialize in experiential therapy, which allows us to explore broader aspects of ourselves that aren’t always easily expressed when we are limited to our thoughts and our words. Experiential includes everything from body-based trauma treatment (EMDR, Brainspotting) to somatics to the expressive arts. At ETG we value our client’s right to personal autonomy and self-determination.
